Night Vision Repair Service
We are unable to accept repairs for non U.S. Based customers and entities. We can only service customers based in the UNITED STATES.Please call or email us to discuss any repairs. We cannot accept a shipment if we do not know about it. This is for our protection and yours.
KDSG is known for Military and Commercial repairs for Night Vision Systems. KDSG offers tube repotting services as well. Our shop services Government and Civilian repairs. KDSG employs a highly trained staff of professional technicians that are fully qualified to tear down night vision intensifier tubes to their basic components, rebuild them, and return them to service. Rest easy knowing that all work and repairs are done on site.

All units are subject to an evaluation fee of $75.00 (non-refundable).
The $75 evaluation fee will be waived if you choose to have your NVD repaired by us. We will call you with a diagnostic report and a quote for the repair and service charges. Once the repair is complete and payment is received, we will return the repaired device to you via insured UPS. NOTE: You do NOT have to pre-pay anything!
All repair work is backed by our 1 Year warranty. We stand behind our work and strive to better ourselves and our commitment to our outstanding customers.

If it is determined that we are unable to repair your unit due to parts availability and age then we send it right back to you free of charge of course. However if you decide that you do not want to have the unit repaired after receiving the quote we do charge the $75.00 evaluation fee for bench time to determine the cause and fix as we mentioned above.
Any repair quote will include all parts cost as well as bench time and shipping. Repair bench time is billed at $95 per hour. We do not begin the repair until you have been informed of the cost and parts required if any.

Most Night vision products are subject to the jurisdiction of the U.S. Department of State in accordance with the International Traffic in Arms regulations (ITAR) (22CFR 120 through 130). A license or other approval is required to the ITAR prior to any Export or Temporary Import.
Export of U.S. manufactured night vision equipment is strictly prohibited without a valid export license issued by the U.S. Department of State Office of Defense Trade Controls, in accordance with International Traffic in Arms (ITAR), Title 22, Code of Federal Regulations Part 120-130, and/or the U.S. Department of Commerce. For Further information contact the Office of Defense Trade Control and/or the U.S. Department of Commerce.
Check with your local and state laws before you buy. Some states do not allow you to utilize night vision or thermal devices with a firearm.
WE WILL CANCEL ANY ORDER TRYING TO GET AROUND THESE RULES. ABSOLUTELY NO FREIGHT FORWARDING ORDERS. PERIOD.
